Unresponsive and very slow. This is not the best place for business owners. Donna is surprisingly unaware of how s-corps file taxes or issue W-2s. Also not savvy with CARES loan programs (PPP, EIDL, etc). We had a frustrating experience, and waited almost 3 weeks before getting a response.

My husband and I have gone through Jon at Family Mortgage a few times now for our mortgage financing needs (mortgage, refi, new construction). Jon is a true professional who was attentive, easy to work with, extremely knowledgeable and honest. Every time that we have worked with him he has gone over and beyond to ensure that every step was seamless. If you're not too comfortable with mortgage-y stuff (like me) he will gladly answer and explain to your hearts content. Jon and Family Mortgage company has helped me with the purchase of my first home and then again, a few years later on a second purchase. The interest rates were much better than we were able to find searching on our own. On top of that, he made it easy to explain the many different acronyms and terminology that may seem foreign to new home buyers. Buying a new home can be exciting but it can also be terrifying. I was absolutely terrified walking into Jon's office to buy my first home but that terror left as soon as Jon took the time to really talk to me about the process and about what to expect.
